How does payment work?
- 100% upfront, always. No work starts until the invoice is paid in full.
- Wise (preferred): direct bank transfer, lowest fees, fastest and simplest.
- PayPal Goods & Services: also accepted (higher fees); no Friends & Family.
How invoicing works
Every invoice is capped at $500. Anything larger is split into $500 segments (set by the agreement), each paid in full before that segment of work begins.
Each paid 100% upfront before its segment starts.
Before work starts
- You pay via Wise (preferred) or PayPal Goods & Services.
- You confirm by email that you accept the scope and the no-refund terms.
- Work begins, the code goes straight into your codebase, and the payment is final.
Once you've paid and confirmed, the payment is final. Email confirmation is required before I start. It's the record that you accepted the work. After that point there are no refunds, even if the product isn't 100% complete: I work directly inside your codebase, so you have access to the code the moment work begins.
